Unroll and let the turf relax for a few hours (sun helps). Position it so the pile leans in one consistent direction.
Use a sharp knife on the backing. For seams, butt the edges together and join with seaming tape and adhesive.
Fix the perimeter with U-shaped pins (outdoor) or double-sided tape / adhesive (indoor). Keep edges tight and flush.
